Maintenance Plans
When we sell a wheelchair lift, we offer a Planned Maintenance Agreement (PMA). This agreement provides for regular service visits for your platform lift as well as discounts on parts and labor for a specified time. Some manufacturers require an extended plan in order to take advantage of their full warranty service. We can review the plans and programs available with your purchase.
If you have a handicap lift installed by another company, we can offer PMAs to cover ongoing maintenance to protect your investment. Believe it or not, some of our competitors do not provide service after the sale! No matter who installed your lift, we want you to enjoy it and use it. We will service your product regardless of age, make or model. Of course, we will first evaluate your lift to ensure it is safe to use and will work with you on any necessary repairs or upgrades.
